It shows the characters played by Varun Sharma and Pulkit Samrat, Hunny and Choochaa receiving unexpected recognition from their school. This recognition motivates them to take a new journey. Along the way, they meet loyal friends Pandit, played by Pankaj Tripathi, and Lali, played by Manjot Singh. The group learns more about Choochaa’s bizarre and mysterious “Deja Chuuuus”.

However, their journey takes a new path when they discover that Bholi Punjaban, the famous gangster politician played by Richa Chadha, is about to win a crucial election in Delhi. They realized that if Bholi won, it could turn the city into a playground for criminals. They decided to do something proactive.

These plan to counter Bholi’s ambitions, prevent their beloved city from becoming a crime hub and pit Choochaa against Bholi in the elections. However, little did they expect that Choochaa’s special ability would change when her urine mysteriously turned into gunpowder. A lot of political drama occurs in the film as the election campaign is taking shape. The friends find themselves facing many unexpected challenges. They also take risks but in a fun way.
